Policoro in Swing is a project created by Vintage Routes. Vintage Routes is a cultural association. In order to attend the workshops it is necessary to be associated.

To register to it is necessary to fill the form. 

1. Once you send the form, your registration will be elaborated by our team, but your registration will be considered as valid only after you will receive an e-mail of registration confirm, in which you will also find the info about payment method.

Payment will have to be done within 7 calendar days from the date of Registration confirmed email.

If no payment will be received, your registration will be considered as deleted.

The organization guarantees admission to the dance camp and to the party pass only AFTER complete payment of the camp fee.

If you register with a partner both leader and follower need to pay the camp fee.

2. Insurance lies in the responsibility of the participants. The organizers are not responsible for any injury you might have during the festival. The venue has its own security policy.
3. The schedule of the Festival should be modified without refund, in case of changing in the teachers’ flights, or in case of their unexpected illness/injuries or for all the other possible reasons not depending on our will.
4. When audition is applicable, levels are assigned by the teachers, whose judgment is unquestionable.Teachers, whose judgement is unquestionable, reserve the right to change attendees’ level at any time and in all classes.
5. In case of cancellation of your flights/train or in case of unexpected illness/injuries or for any other reasons who can cause your resignation, no refund is possible.
6. By sending your request to join the Policoro in Swing and in accordance with articles. 10 and 320 of the Civil Code. and Articles. 96 and 97 of Law 22.4.1941, n. 633, Law on copyright, authorizing us to the publication and / or dissemination in any form of the festival in which images may be present, on the website, print and / or any other means of communication for the purpose of advertising Policoro in Swing, as well as the conservation of the photos in the computer files of the association.
7. The Organizers do not take responsibility for the participants’ accidents (including injuries and health damages) and losses, thefts and possession’s damages happened of any reason.
8. In case of cancellation of the festival due to natural disasters, war, pandemic event, strike of the airlines and/or civil aviation authority, no refund will be made to the participants whatsoever.
9. For reasons not attributable to the organizers, no refund is foreseen. The transfer of the Full Pass to other dancers is permitted.
