You’ve been dancing for at least 6 months. You know the basics in both 8-count and 6-count, along with the main figures.
You have a solid grasp of Lindy Hop fundamentals. You can maintain rhythm and connection with different partners and feel comfortable incorporating common variations.i.
Your technique is strong. You can lead/follow smoothly and mix complex figures with rhythmic variations while keeping a fluid connection. You regularly attend festivals and workshops, refining your musicality and developing your unique style.
You have full control over your technique and a strong personal style. You compete and attend national and international festivals, constantly pushing your limits. You focus on both technique and musical expression. You can confidently improvise to any rhythm.
BALBOA HAPPY FEET STEPS

SOLO BLUES
In this course you will explore your movements, improve your musicality and improvisation, in deep connection with your 'solo'. You will not need a partner, but will learn to express yourself, creating a dialogue with the dancers around you as well.
SHAG FOR REBEL DANCERS
You handle variations and speed changes smoothly, feel comfortable with different partners, and improvise creatively. If you are looking for new challenges to hone your personal style and make your dancing even more unique and engaging, this is the right level!
JAZZ SOLO TO HAVE FUN
You are taking your first steps or have been dancing for a few months. You’ll work on fundamental steps and explore simple variations. You’ll start playing with musicality, adding your personal touch to movements.
You know essential steps and key jazz routines. You enjoy improvising and can pick up new movements quickly.
You are a true Solo Jazz nerd! You have been dancing for years, attending national and international events and workshops. You have strong musicality and improvisation skills at any tempo. You shine on the dance floor, interpreting music with passion and fun.
